Resourcing4Marketing are thrilled to be partnering with a local Charity to recruit a dynamic Fundraising Marketing Manager to lead the strategic initiatives in driving fundraising success.
About the Role:
* Develop and execute annual fundraising marketing plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Lead campaign planning, implementation, and evaluation processes.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Fundraising teams to align activities with income targets.
* Oversee campaign implementation, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reporting.
* Serve as primary liaison for Fundraising team, evaluating activity requests and proposing strategic alternatives.
* Ensure brand messaging consistency across channels.
The Role:
* Manage marketing projects to generate fundraising income, collaborating internally and externally.
* Develop strategic fundraising plans, integrating with overall marketing roadmap.
* Foster collaboration and data-led decision-making across teams.
* Provide regular insights and reporting to optimize campaign performance.
What You Bring:
1. Experience in fundraising and cross-channel marketing strategies.
2. Ability to derive performance insights and target audiences effectively.
3. Previous project leadership experience.
