In the role of Customer Services Coordinator, you’ll be integral to the success of our Customer Service team at Wyke. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring orders are processed, shipped, and delivered accurately, on time, and in full compliance with export regulations. Your expertise in international shipping, customs compliance, and order management will play a key role in coordinating end-to-end order fulfilment, liaising with internal teams, external partners, and freight providers to deliver a seamless customer experience. You’ll help streamline processes, resolve customer queries, and ensure every order journey is smooth, efficient, and meets our high standards.
How You’ll Help Us Grow
1. Deliver the highest quality of customer service, ensuring a seamless and satisfying journeys for all customers
2. Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, providing cover across the department during busy periods
3. Communicate delivery dates, order changes, and updates clearly to customers and transport teams
4. Coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment, including arranging export/import transportation and liaising with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
5. Work closely with warehouse, supply chain, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and collection of deliveries
6. Maintain and investigate complaints and returns, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently
Could This Be You?
We’re looking for a highly organised individual with proven experience in international shipping, customs compliance, and end-to-end order management. You’ll have a track record of delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers, and ensuring orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time. Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is required, and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is highly desirable
