Looking for a part-time admin and facilities assistant for our London Office.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Overall upkeep and maintenance of the office space
* Managing utilities bills and expenses and coordinating with finance for payments
* Managing employee details and interacting with the HR shared services team for monthly updates
* Managing access initiation for the office with the building admin
* Managing the company stationery/giveaways and maintaining the store stock
* ESG compliance, data entry, and coordination with the global committee for on-ground reporting
* Procurement management for the region
* Coordinating with the landlord of the building
* Restocking the fridge and snack bar
* Upkeep of the meeting rooms, kitchen area, and snack bar
* Helping or assisting the HR and administration team for employee activities/conferences/marketing events
