The Company

Due to continued growth, they are expanding their service team and are looking for both experienced engineers and enthusiastic trainees ready to build a long-term career.
The Role
8 weeks of comprehensive training to diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic appliances. After training, you'll work from home with parts delivered overnight, attending 8-10 customer visits per day in your local area. You'll be responsible for:
* Fault-finding and repairing appliances (washing machines, ovens, fridges, etc.)
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Aiming for a first-time fix wherever possible
Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from:
* Experienced white goods engineers
* Trainees with electro-mechanical or field service backgrounds (e.g. coffee machines, vending, ticketing, vehicle maintenance, etc.)
You'll need:
* electro mechanical background open to any industry exposure
* A full UK driving licence
* Strong customer service and communication skills
