Help shape and strengthen Itad’s global approach to safety, security and travel risk management.
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised GSS Officer to support the delivery of our safety, security and travel policies across a diverse international portfolio. You’ll work closely with project teams, consultants and external providers to ensure risks are well‑managed, staff are supported, and our Duty of Care standards are consistently upheld.
What you’ll do
* Lead and support security risk management across projects, including coordinating risk assessments, maintaining risk controls, and providing tailored security briefings and contextual updates.
* Strengthen travel, safety and security processes, helping embed policies, manage travel tracking, review staff movements, and refine internal systems.
* Coordinate with external travel and security partners to ensure high‑quality, responsive support—especially in complex or fragile environments.
* Build internal capability by delivering inductions, briefings, workshops and training that reinforce a strong culture of risk awareness and compliance.
* Support organisational readiness by contributing to risk escalation processes, maintaining incident records, and participating in the Duty Officer rota
* Contribute to business development, providing inputs on risk, compliance and security considerations for proposals
