We have an opportunity for a Fire Commissioning Project Engineer to join us at Honeywell, in the Midlands region, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and protection of buildings by overseeing the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems. You will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating with clients and technicians, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will contribute to the success of our fire protection solutions.
This is role is 100% on-site in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage fire alarm service projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets, while coordinating with clients, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and provide technical guidance.
* Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, whilst ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues during project implementation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated fire protection solutions.
* Stay updated with industry trends and advancements and provide recommendations for improvement.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in fire alarm systems installation and maintenance, as well as strong knowledge of fire alarm codes, standards, and regulations.
* Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Professional certifications in fire alarm systems (e.g., BS certification)
* Experience with Honeywell fire alarm systems or similar products.
* Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to fire protection.
