Restaurant & Bar Manager - 4* Hotel - Bucks / Beds - to £40K + Tronc - 30 days Hol - Private Healthcare.
I am currently recruiting for a renowned 4* hotel looking for a talented, experienced and personable Restaurant & Bar Manager to work across their main 100cv restaurant, 60cv lounge and bar to lead their FOH brigade of 15 for their hugely successful operation in the Home Counties,within easy reach of Bucks/Berks & Beds.
The successful must have strong 4* level restaurant or brasserie management experience AND good bar knowledge, for 1-2yrs+ within 4/5* hotel or restaurant dining operations.
In this instance, applicants must have access to personal transport and have full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
