This role offers the chance to work directly alongside a Senior Private Client Solicitor, providing invaluable support on a varied caseload of estate administration matters. The Opportunity Assisting with the administration of estates from initial instruction through to conclusion Preparing probate applications and supporting documentation Liaising with HMRC, the Probate Registry, banks, financial institutions and other organisations Gathering information relating to estate assets and liabilities Drafting letters and correspondence to executors, beneficiaries and third parties Maintaining accurate and compliant file records using the firm's case management system Assisting with the distribution of estate funds and post-completion matters Providing general support to the wider Private Client team when required You will have previous private client experience to be able to hit the ground running and a genuine interest in developing a long-term career within private client law.
