POSITION SUMMARY
The Brand; The Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Sandy Park, Exeter is a Brand New Hotel which opened in 2022 and is uniquely positioned next to the Exeter Chiefs Rugby Stadium. Whether you are a rugby fan or not – this is destination for talent spotting
The View; a completely unique roof top restaurant & bar venue offering locally sourced fresh produce in Exeter. Distinctly visible from far distances, it features elegant and spacious seating in a contemporary design.
As well as our culinary offering, The View is synonymous with the service experience provided and a location that is the first choice for celebrations, dinner, lunch and drinks.
The impact you'll make
You are a Supervisor or Head Bartender with a skill in mixology who is always on the lookout for new beverage trends and creating the next drink sensation. When you are behind the bar, you create an energy that is both welcoming and exciting. You take pride in offering our guests a diverse and seasonally-inspired beverage menu, a warm conversation, and helpful suggestions. When you shine, our guests will look forward to relaxing with you after a long day.
You have a strong relationship with the team and are able to train and guide them is all things bar. When there is an issue that needs dealing with you are happy to jump in find a solution making sure that guests are always happy. You understand the Laws and how to make sure these are followed by everyone and train the team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
License or Certification: Personal License preferred
