We’re known for quality workmanship, honest advice, and looking after customers properly. We’re looking for an experienced plantation shutter and blind installer who takes pride in doing a job right, can work independently, and enjoys being the trusted person in a customer’s home. The role * Installing plantation shutters and blinds in residential homes across Leeds, Wakefield and surrounding areas * Completing high-quality fitting, finishing, and snag-free handovers * Representing Solaire professionally in customers’ homes (punctual, tidy, respectful) * Communicating clearly with the office/team about progress, issues, and follow-ups, if necessary * Keeping your work area and tools safe and clean; following basic health & safety and child-safety awareness standards What we’re looking for: * Proven experience installing plantation shutters (not just blinds) * Experience with bay windows/out of square openings/older properties * Strong practical fitting skills (measuring awareness, levelling, finishing, problem-solving) * Can work independently and make sensible decisions on-site * Full UK driving licence * Reliable, customer-friendly, and serious about quality What you&r...
