We are seeking a Plumber to join our high-performing Repairs Team based in Leabrooks.

You will be part of a growing Repairs Team, visiting customers' homes to carry out various plumbing repair and replacement works, including multi-skilled tasks such as gutter repairs and making good, demonstrating your attention to detail and high standards.
At the interview, please be prepared to show your full clean driving licence. To be considered, you should have a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing and Heating.
You will have use of a company van, visiting customers' homes to fix issues and take pride in your work, knowing you make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a range of plumbing repair and replacement works, including multi-skilled tasks like gutter repairs and making good areas disturbed by installations in domestic properties.
* Minimize disruption to customers and ensure compliance with safe working practices in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act, Building Regulations, and company policies. Maintain effective communication with supervisors and management, reporting concerns and issues.
* Attend pre-arranged responsive repair appointments or contact tenants to arrange access.
* Work flexibly to accommodate repair times agreed with customers.
* Be aware of and comply with relevant risk assessments, hazards, and control measures.

Your weekly hours will be 37, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break, paid monthly. You will also receive 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays and additional holiday entitlement during Christmas.
