Maintenance Electrician
Location: Manchester, Liverpool, Lancaster
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
Call-Out Rota: 1 in 5 (with £100 retainer + minimum 4 hours pay)
We’re recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a growing building services provider. With strong demand and continued expansion, this is a great opportunity to secure a stable, well-rewarded role within a supportive team environment.

The Role:
* Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
* Supporting small installation and remedial works
* Working within a multi-skilled engineering team
* Regular interaction with on-site staff and stakeholders
* Travel required between sites across the North West
What We’re Looking For:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Full UK driving licence
* Ideally some experience with BMS systems (not essential)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
