🚀 Epicor Project Manager – ERP Implementations
Are you an experienced Epicor Project Manager with a proven track record in Epicor ERP implementations? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-value projects and lead them from initiation to successful delivery.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end ERP implementations – on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Develop and manage detailed project plans (scope, schedules, budgets, resources).
* Act as the primary client contact, building strong stakeholder relationships.
* Lead requirements gathering, project governance, and scope prioritisation.
* Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
* Oversee and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
* Deliver post-implementation reviews and continuous improvements.
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years’ experience leading ERP implementations (Epicor ERP essential).
* Strong background in project governance & PMO best practice.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams & external partners.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong planning, scheduling, and risk management capabilities.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or AgilePM certification (highly desirable).
* Knowledge of modules like Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service Management.
* Familiarity with Salesforce Certinia PSA and T&M delivery models.
