14. Leading, motivating, and developing a multi-skilled team
15. Managing high-volume fleet and rental repair workflows to strict SLAs
16. Ensuring repairs meet manufacturer, BSI, and group standards
17. Driving continuous improvement and operational innovation
18. Maintaining strong relationships with fleet partners and internal stakeholders
19. Upholding health & safety, compliance, and best practice at all times
20. Delivering outstanding results with honesty, transparency, and integrity
About You
21. Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager (or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up)
22. Strong background in fleet / rental or high-volume repair environments
23. Commercially minded with a track record of hitting KPIs and improving performance
24. Confident people leader who builds trust and accountability
25. Organised, decisive, and calm under pressure
26. Passionate about quality, efficiency, and doing things the right way

30. A values-led culture that recognises and rewards excellence
31. The chance to make a real impact in a specialist fleet repair operation
