If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy solving real engineering challenges, and want to work with cutting-edge technologies, this role will elevate your career.What Youll Be DoingYoull play a key role in the full product development cyclefrom concept through to productionworking on equipment such as tracked conveyors, hopper feeders, truck unloaders and telescopic stackers. Your responsibilities will include:Developing conceptual and final design solutions for bespoke projectsCollaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, manufacturing, purchasing and serviceSupporting existing product lines and contributing to new product developmentPerforming engineering analysis including load calculations, stress analysis, hydraulic circuit evaluation and performance assessmentsCreating and interpreting engineering drawings and standardsEnsuring all work aligns with safety, quality and manufacturing best practicesWhat Youll NeedWere looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a proactive mindset:Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related fieldMinimum 3 years experience in equipment design and manufacturingStrong understanding of mechanical, structural, hydraulic and electrical/control systemsProficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred), Microsoft Office and ERP systemsAbility to manage projects independently and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to designKnowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering standardsExcellent communication, teamwork and organisational skillsDesired:Experience designing bespoke material handling equipmentFEA experienceWhy This Role Stands OutThis is more than just a jobits a long-term career opportunity.
