As Junior Calibration Engineer, you will report to the Controls & Calibration Manager and your role will primarily focus on the development, testing, and calibration of a range of advanced powertrain and hydrogen-based systems. You will collaborate with Controls Engineers and external ECU suppliers to define requirements, design and implement control strategies, and test and calibrate them across multiple products and projects. The role requires an individual with prior experience in engine performance development and/or electric powertrain testing and calibration, combined with a genuine interest in hydrogen-based decarbonisation solutions. You will be expected to deliver results quickly, manage multiple tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to directly contribute to the advancement of hydrogen technologies supporting the transition to zero-emission transport.
