Service Care Solutions are recruiting a Band 2 Clinical Support Nursing Assistant in the Greater Manchester Locality.About the RoleThis role involves working within a Wellbeing Hub, a flexible, drop-in service offering access to a range of specialist support including:
* Symptom management
* Advice and outpatient clinics
* Wellbeing and rehabilitation sessions
The Hub is designed to support individuals living with life-limiting illnesses, as well as their families and carers. The focus is on enhancing wellbeing, promoting independence, and helping people live as well as possible with their condition.Key Objectives
* Promote and model high-quality patient care while supporting junior staff.
* Assist in the delivery of Specialist Palliative Care to patients and their families.
* Maintain high standards of care at all times.
* Provide compassionate, safe, and dignified care across a range of settings.
* Welcome and orient patients and families to the care environment.
* Support the delivery and monitoring of evidence-based nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Person Specification
* 2 Years minimum UK based experience within a clinical environment, including Mental Health, Palliative Care.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
* Full UK driving licence.
