Working as part of a small, friendly team, the HR Advisor is a credible and proactive member of the HR Team supporting the Senior HR Advisor and HR Business Partner with managing the day-to-day HR operation through the delivery of an effective and efficient generalist HR advisory service, that is both in line with best practice and meets both the company's objectives and wider legal requirements.

What you'll be doing
1. Providing high-quality HR support to managers and colleagues across a number of agricultural sites
2. Coaching leaders to get the best from their teams and supporting them with employee relations, engagement, and performance matters
3. Leading and advising on a wide range of ER cases including investigations, disciplinary, absence and capability
