The Role
We are seeking a Junior London Market Controller to join our Working Capital team, providing support to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring best practices. This role requires 2 days of presence in our London office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Processing fees into Xchanging.
2. Managing the London Market collection.
3. Managing the allocated ledger.
4. Overseeing multiple debtors’ ledgers, mainly with insurance and reinsurance companies, following up on overdue debts/accounts.
5. Collaborating with internal and external teams to gather supporting documents.
6. Supporting the Working Capital team in delivering results.
7. Maximizing cash collection, reducing aged debt, DSO, and query levels.
8. Ensuring prompt and accurate processing to improve cash collections.
9. Reviewing and distributing unsent invoices and updating files.
10. Handling unallocated cash, including sundry items.
11. Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by management within your capabilities and scope.
