Lincoln Gardens Primary School is seeking an experienced and motivated School Business Manager to join our senior leadership team. This is a key role overseeing the school’s finance, HR, premises and administrative operations, ensuring our resources are used effectively to support the best possible outcomes for pupils.
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong experience in school finance and budget management
Can provide high-quality strategic and operational support to leaders and Governors
Is confident managing HR processes, contracts, and premises matters
Communicates clearly, works with integrity, and builds strong working relationships
Is highly organised, proactive and able to lead support staff effectively
The successful candidate will bring professionalism, discretion and the ability to thrive in a busy school environment.
