Job Description
3. Maintain our ISO9001 Management System and lead the update to ISO14001, coordinating across all departments
4. Identify and implement processes to meet client requirements and expectations
5. Drive continuous improvement and develop corrective actions for non-conformities
6. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits of our management systems
7. Lead validation of new products to ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
8. Address customer complaints and requests in coordination with After Sales
9. Manage supplier homologations, audits, and monitoring
10. Respond to public administration requests regarding environmental aspects
11. Lead and develop a team of quality professionals
12. Participate in setting departmental objectives and monitor results
13. Represent the company with external stakeholders including auditors, suppliers, clients, and public administration
The Successful Applicant
As the Quality & Environment Manager you will be able to demonstrate
14. Ideally Degree qualified or equivalent in an engineering discipline
15. Demonstrable Quality Management experience gained in a manufacturing environment
16. Expert knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO14001 standards
17. Strong understanding of quality and environmental management systems
18. Supplier Quality
19. Team leadership and people development skills
