This role is situated at the heart of our operations, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped with precision. You’ll keep things moving smoothly, maintain product quality, and help uphold our reputation for top-tier service. What You'll Do Pick & Pack – Accurately select and package products, following quality standards and customer requirements. Use Equipment – Operate scanners to track products and orders. Hit Goals – Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets. Communicate & Collaborate – Provide clear feedback and work with the team to solve challenges. Adapt & Assist – Take on additional tasks as needed to keep operations running efficiently. This role is based in Shoreham-by-Sea, 5 days a week, 8am-4pm. About You You'll be a team player, enjoy exceeding targets and feel confident to contribute your ideas to continuously improve the warehouse operations. Due to the nature of this position, please be aware it requires the capability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift to fulfil customer orders. You'll also need the ability to work assigned shifts, including required overtime (this may include evenings and weekends).
