About The Role
* Commercial support on high-end build and fit-out projects, working with a top-tier contractor known for quality delivery
* Assist in procurement of subcontract packages, securing competitive pricing and strong supply chain relationships
* Manage valuations, variations, and cost tracking, ensuring projects stay on budget and commercially controlled
* Contribute to monthly forecasting and reporting, giving clear visibility on financial performance
* Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to resolve commercial issues quickly and effectively
* Support delivery from pre-construction through to final account, gaining full project lifecycle exposure
* Identify and drive value engineering opportunities to maximise project efficiency and margin
* Build strong foundations in contract administration and commercial best practice
What They Are Looking For
* 2–3 years’ QS experience within a main contractor or fit-out environment
* Commercial awareness – understands cost, value, and risk
* Proactive attitude – takes initiative, doesn’t want to be told
* Strong attention to detail across valuations, variations, and reporting
* Confident communicator with site teams and subcontractors
* Problem solver – practical, solutions-focused mindset
* Eager to progress and take on more responsibility
