Job Description Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
A well-established legal 500 firm with a growing Residential Conveyancing department is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its team.
Due to increasing demand and a consistent flow of new instructions, including referral-based work and general residential property matters, the firm is expanding its conveyancing department.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and expanding Residential Conveyancing team.
You will work alongside two qualified Fee Earners and a wider support team of Paralegals, managing your own caseload while providing supervision and support across the department.
The role offers the opportunity to take over an existing caseload and play a key role in helping the team meet growing client demand.
Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
Supervise conveyancing files and provide oversight where required
Strong Residential Conveyancing experience, ideally with 5+ years in a fee-earning capacity
Qualification as a Solicitor preferred (approximately 5 years PQE), although experienced non-qualified Conveyancers will also be considered
The ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
Experience supervising files and supporting colleagues within a conveyancing team
Competitive salary of up to £50,000 (dependent on experience)
