We are looking for a Weekend Quality Assurance Technician to work Saturday and Sunday from either 06am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm.
You will be monitoring all processes and products to ensure that site procedures are adhered to, you will carry out internal audits while increasing employee understanding of GMP and food safety requirements. Upon completion of audits you will agree corrective actions and timescales.
You will be quality driven with knowledge of QA and environmental procedures. Adaptable and with the ability to work on your own initiative you will fully investigate any customer complaints and provide them with a response. You will also monitor suppliers to confirm compliance against agreed specifications.
Ideally you will hold a degree in a Food Science or Science based subject.
