The Role
As
Marketing Manager,
you'll report directly to the Founder and take full ownership of brand and marketing activity. With a designer reporting into you, you'll shape the brand's story and drive consumer engagement – from partnerships to innovation launches.
You'll also collaborate closely with a heavyweight advisory board and a commercially strong sales team covering Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Asda, Morrisons, Ocado and Amazon.
Core responsibilities include:
* Building & executing brand partnerships (high-profile collab model)
* Supporting the innovation pipeline with consumer-first launches
* Creative direction with the in-house designer
* Acting as the insights champion for consumer and category understanding
* Working directly with senior advisors on brand strategy & execution
Who We're Looking For
* A
Marketing Manager / Senior Brand Manager
with 5–10+ years in FMCG
* Big company background
– you understand how to use the playbook
* Challenger brand experience
– you've lived the pace and adaptability
* Creative storyteller
with a knack for narrative and brand building
* Comfortable being hands-on and rolling your sleeves up
