Responsibilities

* Coordinating the helpdesk workload and ensuring timely resolution of support requests.
* Investigating and resolving application support issues while keeping customers informed of progress.
* Liaising with our development team to escalate and address complex technical matters.
* Monitoring system trends and identifying potential issues, reporting concerns to the Head of Department.
* Maintaining accurate records, including change logs, system upgrades, and configuration updates.
* Communicating with stakeholders about software updates, patches, and system improvements.
