The Role
You will manage your own caseload of private family matters with appropriate supervision and full administrative support. The work includes:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial remedy matters (including mid to high net worth cases)
* Private children work
* Matters resolved through ADR as well as court proceedings
The firm places strong emphasis on constructive and resolution-focused practice. Membership of Resolution, or willingness to join and adhere to its Code of Practice, is important.
Ideal Applicant
* 2–4 years PQE in Family Law
* Strong drafting and communication skills
* Confident managing clients independently
* Experience with both negotiated settlements and court proceedings
* Team-focused and aligned with values of openness, responsibility and fairness
