We are seeking a skilled and motivated automotive technician/mechanic to join our established team at M D Auto Care Ltd, Rabans Close, Aylesbury, HP19 8RS. A normal day will involve servicing, diagnosing, and repair work on a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring customers receive safe, high-quality, and professional workmanship.
This role is ideal for a qualified technician who takes pride in their work and thrives in a busy, team-orientated workshop.
We offer a friendly, supportive, and professional workplace where teamwork, trust, and quality are priorities. You will work alongside experienced technicians in a well-managed workshop focused on customer satisfaction and high standards.
Our working hours are Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 with optional overtime / Saturdays (if applicable).
Complete servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to a high standard
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards
Support a positive customer experience through quality workmanship
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain workshop efficiency
Workshop Standards
Training & Development
Participate in training and development as required
Strong mechanical skills
Full UK driving licence
Experience working in a busy garage
