Job Title: Employability Tutor

Start Date: Immediate start
Salary Range: GBP20 - GBP25 per hour

Responsibilities
* The successful Employability Tutor will be supporting students to understand career opportunities and developing their employability skills.
* The role will be paramount in helping students achieve their full potential during and after their college experience.
Qualifications
* Level 4 IAG qualification, teaching qualification for post 16, a tutor assessor qualification
* Experience in employability planning and development within an educational setting.
* Experience in networking and maintaining professional relationships with external agencies.
* A clear understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
