Key Responsibilities:

3. Individual and Small-Group Support: Provide targeted help to students needing additional guidance, fostering confidence and encouraging active participation.
4. Promote Positive Behavior: Help create a welcoming and positive classroom atmosphere, supporting the school's behavior policies and encouraging good habits.
5. Inclusive Education: Assist in creating an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported, catering to diverse learning needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Required: Relevant qualifications or experience in a primary school setting.
2. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be patient, adaptable, and proactive in a classroom setting.
3. Desirable: Previous experience supporting Year 3 students or working with similar age groups.
