As a Solution Architect, you’ll take the lead in designing and governing end-to-end technology solutions that underpin critical customer servicing journeys. You’ll work across complex ecosystems, balancing innovation with practicality, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Barclays’ strategic architecture.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
To be successful as a Solution Architect, you should have experience with the following:
* Excellent experience delivering complex end-to-end solution designs as a Solution Architect.
* A specialist understanding of architectural principles, best practices, and modern design methods.
* Previous ability to simplify complex challenges, delivering clear and effective solution designs.
Highly Valued Skills
* Experience designing solutions for mobile and internet-facing customer servicing platforms, ideally within Financial Services or Banking.
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders and guide strategic thinking through technology innovation.
* Expertise in complex systems integration, with sound knowledge of implementation and integration challenges and their architectural implications.
