About the Role:
As a Class Teacher, you will lead a small, supportive class team to deliver a bespoke, engaging, and highly differentiated curriculum tailored to the individual needs of students diagnosed with autism. Your role will involve:
* Personalised Learning: Designing and implementing individualized education plans that cater to each student's unique learning profile.
* Therapeutic Integration: Collaborating with in-house therapists to incorporate sensory integration and emotional regulation strategies into daily lessons.
* Communication Development: Utilizing a Total Communication Approach to enhance students' social communication skills.
* Transition Support: Assisting students in preparing for adulthood through a structured transition program, ensuring a smooth progression to post-19 education or employment.
