This role is vital to maintaining the school’s financial health by managing the collection of outstanding fees while nurturing positive relationships with parents and guardians. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger. * Identify overdue accounts and communicate with parents via phone and email. * Maintain accurate records of communications and payment arrangements. * Work with the Finance team to escalate unresolved debts and prepare regular reports. * Support the development and implementation of credit control policies. * Handle sensitive financial discussions with discretion and professionalism. Requirements: * Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable, ideally in an educational or customer-focused environment. * Excellent communication, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills. * Ability to manage confidential information with integrity. * Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
