As a Systems Technician, you'll be part of a highly skilled team working in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment supporting a major global organisation. No prior security experience is required—full training will be provided—making this the perfect role to build your future career.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and respond to alarm activations across Head Office and retail locations in real time.
* Act as the first point of contact for incidents, managing escalations internally and externally.
* Support incident management processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses in line with procedures.
* Communicate professionally with colleagues, stakeholders, and third‑party providers via phone and email.
* Produce clear, accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records.
* Work collaboratively with Security Management and team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
* Provide support to colleagues affected by incidents, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
* Deliver time‑critical tasks to strict deadlines while maintaining compliance with all SOPs, SLAs, and regulations.

Requirements
* Call centre/Customer service experience in a high volume call environment
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional and calm approach.
* Ability to remain focused and make decisions in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations.
* High attention to detail with the ability to identify unusual or suspicious activity.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships.
* Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and confidence learning new systems.
* Willingness to work shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
