Registered Manager – Supported Living Services
Atrium Healthcare is recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead adult supported living services for people with learning disabilities and additional needs.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage CQC compliance and governance
* Lead cross-functional teams (Service Managers, HR, Admin)
* Oversee person-centred care planning and risk management
* Ensure safe, high-quality, and empowering service delivery
* Develop relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners
What You’ll Need:
Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
Experience in a senior care leadership role
In-depth knowledge of CQC, the Care Act, and safeguarding
Strong leadership and financial acumen
Full UK Driving Licence
