Join us as a Transport Clerk at our Snodland Customer Service Centre and you'll be responsible for providing great administrative support for our delivery teams and communicating with our customers and internal colleagues.Youll do it because you love being part of a team who deliver the best customer service and get a buzz out of resolving challenges. Its a great feeling, and youll get to experience it often.
Role overview: As part of this role, youll be responsible for:
Communicating with internal and external customers
Booking in M.O.T's and chasing vehicle Off Road's
Dealing with vehicle maintenance and transport compliance
Completing administrative tasks including producing data for reporting
Supporting the wider team with queries or support where required
You wont stop in your pursuit of the best for your team, the business, our customers and yourself.
You will need:
Some experience or exposure in a transport/administrative role
Passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced team
Experience with Excel and Word (computer literate)
