About the Role:
EG Group are looking for a Global CTU Manager to join the Group Treasury function, supporting the ongoing transformation of treasury operations across the business. Reporting to the Global Treasurer, you will play a key role in managing group liquidity, cash forecasting, and treasury operations within a complex, multinational environment.
This role combines team leadership with hands-on treasury delivery, ensuring strong financial control, risk management, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with finance teams, banks, and senior stakeholders to provide insight into cash positions, foreign exchange exposure, and liquidity requirements, while supporting the implementation of new systems and processes.

What you’ll be doing:
15. Leading and developing the Treasury Financial Reporting and FX team, driving performance and supporting team capability.
16. Managing group liquidity, cash forecasting, and multi-currency cash positioning across the business.
17. Monitoring and reporting on foreign exchange, interest rate, and liquidity risks, supporting continuous improvement in risk management practices.
18. Overseeing treasury reporting, including financial close activities, debt covenant tracking, and counterparty exposure analysis.
19. Managing intercompany financing activities, including funding structures and loan documentation in collaboration with Tax and Legal teams.
20. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, banks, and external partners to support treasury operations.
21. Supporting treasury transformation initiatives, including the implementation of treasury systems and cash forecasting tools.

What we’re looking for:
22. Proven experience in treasury or banking within a large, multinational organisation.
23. Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, foreign exchange, and treasury risk management.
24. Experience leading and developing teams, with the ability to drive performance and engagement.
25. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
26. Experience working with treasury management systems (TMS); SAP knowledge would be advantageous.
27. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple regions.
28. Strong understanding of treasury markets, banking products, and regulatory environments.
29. A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
