Quantity Surveyor

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a market leading company who are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
This is a key role providing commercial management across a variety of projects, working closely with and supporting a commercial team.
What you'll do:
1. Prepare and issue Applications for Payment and secure client approvals
2. Manage and settle Final Accounts within set timescales
3. Recover retention and manage project finances effectively
4. Collaborate with Project and Site Managers to monitor progress and resolve issues
5. Issue and manage Sub-Contract Works Orders and variations
6. Assess subcontractor performance through site visits
7. Review and approve Sub-Contractor Applications for Payment, issuing certificates as required
8. Authorise and receipt Purchase Orders
