Your new role
As a Finance Manager, you will undertake the responsibility of managing a team of 10, balancing technical and commercial accounting and supporting strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Some key things you will hone include: statutory reporting, audit process as well as stakeholder engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will require previous team management experience, ideally within an SME-sized company, and a good balance of both technical and commercial acumen.
