* Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives.
* Manage the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors.
* Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and financial legislation.
* Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals.

Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
* A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) or QBE.
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
