The Director of Sales will lead and manage the proactive sales team, creating and implementing a successful sales strategy for the hotel opening and beyond.

About the role
Create and implement the sales and marketing strategy.
Drive sales across all market segments into the hotel.
Promote and market the destination restaurants and bar.
Lead and develop the sales team.
Develop relationships with key clients and agents.
Work closely with the GM and brand sales teams.
Hold site visits and client entertainment as required.
Produce sales activity reports as required.
What we are looking for
Proven, successful experience as a hotel Director of Sales is preferred.
Current experience within the London market is essential.
Branded hotel sales experience is preferred.
Hotel opening experience would be beneficial.
A proven track record of successful business development and account management is essential.
A self-motivated, driven, results orientated and proactive attitude is required.
People management and leadership experience is required.
