Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our Card Sales team. Selling all methods of Card Payment Facilities as one of the leading UK partners for Worldpay. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. This role involves engaging with potential customers through telemarketing, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Proficiency in English is essential. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar software will enhance your ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential clients to generate leads and drive sales.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
* Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or other software.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
* Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help shape product offerings.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role is preferred.
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
