A bit about the role
In a nutshell, we want this role to create an environment where our managers are empowered to own their team's development and ensure our colleagues own their development.
What you'll be doing
* Design and deliver management development initiatives to nurture our current and future leaders.
* In partnership with key stakeholders, define and create an (light touch) Allwyn core management framework, which factors in emotional intelligence, best practice and expected behaviors.
* Create and maintain a self-serve learning resource hub (toolkits, guides, playbooks etc).
* Partner with Internal communications and People BPs to promote self-directed learning within our managers community network on teams.
* Ensure language, tone and consistency across all manager content via other channels that is delivered by the LX team.
* Facilitate workshops, peer learning groups and coaching session to develop key management skills.
* In partnership with the Learning Experience Specialist, support the ongoing development of coaching and mentoring schemes.
* Conduct regular review of programme and work in an agile way to tweak initiatives for effectiveness.
* Support TA team in building assessment frameworks to recruit future managers (internally and externally).
* Ensure training is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with business needs.
* Provide one-to-one coaching sessions for key individuals to enhance performance.
* Equip managers with coaching skills to support their teams effectively.
What experience we're looking for
* Proven experience in building management capability in a fast-paced commercial organisation.
* Strong knowledge of management and leadership development principles and what good looks like.
* Solutions focused mindset and the ability to translate insight into actionable programmes of work.
* Experience of designing and implementing scalable learning solutions.
* Previous experience in developing management development programmes.
* Skilled in facilitation and coaching.
* Ability to create and manage self-serve learning resources (both creation and curation).
* Strong stakeholder management and communications skills.
* Growth mindset: solutions focused mindset where anything is possible and fostering a continuous learning environment.
* Experience of Microsoft work tools, including Sharepoint development, Viva Learning and how learning can be maintained.
* Experience in digital learning tools.
