Job Description
We are seeking a creative and organised Social Media Coordinator to support and grow Palé Hall’s digital presence. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a luxury hospitality environment, bringing the story of the estate, its people, and its experiences to life across multiple platforms.
* Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant channels
* Manage day-to-day social media activity, including scheduling and community engagement
* Capture on-site content (photo/video) that reflects the brand’s tone and aesthetic
* Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and events
* Monitor performance and provide insights to optimise content and engagement
* Stay informed on social media trends, particularly within luxury hospitality and travel
Qualifications
* Previous experience in social media, marketing, or content creation
* Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
* Creative, proactive, and highly organised
* Confident in capturing and editing content (mobile or basic tools)
* An interest in hospitality, food, travel, or luxury brands
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
