Job Description
As a purchase ledger Clerk you will be responsible for:
3. Oversee all accounts payable for the company.
4. Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
5. Manage relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues.
6. Reconcile supplier statements and bank accounts.
7. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.
8. Comply with company policies and industry regulations.
9. Work closely with other members of the accounting & finance team.
10. Support the monthly and yearly closing process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Accounts Payable' should have:
11. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
12. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
13. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
14. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
17. Knowledge of the property industry.
