Top 3 skills needed for this role: Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) with strong financial management experience, including P&L, balance sheet accuracy and financial reporting Proven ability to identify and implement automation and digitalisation opportunities Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams What this role is all about: To excel in the financial management and provision of effective finance leadership of the Vitality Programme P&L and supporting processes. Key Actions Collaborating closely with all levels of the Business to: Onboarding and Implementation: Support and coordinate the onboarding and implementation of new Vitality Partners and amendments to existing ones. Ensure P&L Accuracy: Maintain the accuracy of the P&L and balance sheet for all accounting entries, promptly resolving any issues. Act as Business Partner: Provide effective reporting and communication with Vitality Programme stakeholders. Drive Automation: Identify opportunities to automate or digitalise tasks and lead their implementation. Define Long-Term Strategy: Develop and define the long-term strategy for the Vitality Programme team to ensure sustained growth and alignment with business objectives Oversee the operational processes of the Vitality Rewards Team to ensure accurate and timely payment of Partner and Member Rewards. What do you need to thrive? Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience in resolving accounting discrepancies and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Business Partnering: Demonstrated ability to act as a business partner, providing effective reporting and communication with stakeholders. Experience in stakeholder management and engagement. Proven track record of running and implementing automation projects. Strategic Planning: Experience in developing and defining long-term strategies for teams or programs.
