The Service Advisor role is Monday to Friday, with no weekend working required, providing an excellent work-life balance. Deliver outstanding customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face
Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle collection
Process service jobs using the garage management system
Order vehicle parts and allocate them to relevant jobs
Handle parts returns and liaise with suppliers
Ensure accurate data entry and CRM management
Utilise modern, AI-integrated systems and technology
Conduct customer follow-up calls and satisfaction checks
Assist in the management and development of internal systems
Support front-of-house team with daily operations
Ensure a seamless customer journey and uphold company standardsRequirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident in using computer systems and modern technology
Positive, proactive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, customer service, administration, or within the automotive sector (preferred but not essential)
