Key Responsibilities of an Administrator: * Provide general office administration including filing, document sorting and record-keeping. * Handle incoming telephone enquiries and liaise with customers, colleagues, and external contacts. * Maintain and update documentation on the CRM system, supporting compliance and governance requirements. * Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks and business support duties. About You: * Previous administration or business support experience is essential. * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. * Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. * Proficient IT skills, including experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. * Must be based within Leicestershire to meet the hybrid working requirements.
