Interim Management AccountantChippenham | 3‑Month Contract (Potential Temp‑to‑Perm)4 Days+ On‑SiteThe CompanyAn SME in Chippenham is seeking an experienced Interim Management Accountant to support the finance function throughout the permanent recruitment process.
The RoleReporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Interim Management Accountant will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial information. This is a hand‑on position requiring strong attention to detail, excellent Excel capability, and confidence in core month‑end processes. Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of prepayments, accruals, and journals
* Completion of balance sheet reconciliations
* Supporting the FC with month-end reporting and analysis
* Assisting in process improvements and ensuring financial controls are maintained
* Working collaboratively with the wider finance and operational teams
About You
* Proven experience in a Management Accountant or similar role
* Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial systems
* Ability to work accurately to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
* Comfortable working 4 days per week on-site in Chippenham
Contract Details
